If you thought catching a fish was exciting just wait until we prepare your freshly caught salmon to perfection in just 10 minutes and savour the fresh flavour with zesty coleslaw, hot garlic bread and delicious refreshments.
Option 1: Intense smoky flavour
The most popular and only way of cooking is Hot Smoking and whether you choose Natural wood smoke, Moroccan, Basil & Garlic or any other seasoning, it will never taste as good as the moment it comes out of the smoker. Your fish is perfectly cooked with the melt-in-your-mouth quality only hot smoking can do. It’s firmer and flakier than cold-smoked fish, yet moister than grilled or "barbecued" fish.
Option 2: sake sashimi kudasai
Sashimi is traditionally considered as the finest dish in the Japanese cuisine. Your Catch is cut into thin slices in order to consume it fresh accompanied by wasabi and soy, and eaten with chopsticks. Your salmon is freshly caught and prepared as quick as possible (read: super fresh), Delicious!
Many non-Japanese use the terms sashimi and sushi interchangeably, but the two dishes are actually distinct and separate. Sushi refers to any dish made with vinegared rice; and, while raw fish is one traditional sushi ingredient, many sushi dishes contain seafood that has been cooked, and others have no seafood at all. Don’t panic! Pre-made cold smoked salmon sushi is served in our Cafe.

You don’t necessarily have to fish for yourself, of course. You can enjoy a glass (or a bottle) of high quality wine, sip a coffee or soft drink and select from our fully-licensed café menu.
